The Herts Advertiser today ran a preview of our concert on Saturday 10 November at St Saviour’s Church, featuring tenor Bradley Smith (pictured) in the title role in Benjamin Britten’s cantata St Nicolas. Bradley is a former chorister at St Albans Cathedral. Three current choristers from the Abbey Choir, and St Albans High School Senior Chamber Choir, will also take part in the performance.

We’ll also be singing two beautiful works by the Latvian composer Peteris Vasks, and Orchestra Nova are playing Sibelius’ Rakastava (The Lover) suite.

Tickets are available from https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/st-albans-choral-society or from members of the choir.
